La Mer 2020 Special Edition

Tsai was invited by La Mer to design a new concept for the special edition of La Mer Moisturising Cream in 2020.

Inspired by the founder story of La Mer, Jacky Tsai x La Mer illustrates a story of discovery, renewal and hope, the artist narrated the story of a young lady’s exploration and being miraculously transformed by the self-regenerating power of the ocean. Echoing the fermentation process of the Miracle Broth, the artwork used the rhythm of sound, light and water, as well as the extraordinary sea kelp as an instrument to deliver the brand image and artist’s aesthetic to the wild audience.
